Open For Business - Please Be Seated!

Welcome all to the new Creative & Curious Cuisine! A new blog which I hope to soon include spur of the moment recipes. Things created out of the bare minimum that might be in the house, or something that comes out of a completely different dish.

I have always been a lover of the kitchen. But like many of us, life gets in the way and I don't get to spend as much time in this room. I am hoping this blog helps to change that! In a perfect world I would like to get 2-3 recipes up on the site every week.

What kind of recipes might I be thinking about? Well the last one that caught me off guard was about two weeks ago - it was a Watermelon tartare - which still needs some perfection, but it will be one of the first recipe's up here!

I always love a challenge as well - so if there is something that you have been wondering about, maybe wanting to make - but not on your own - send it my way. I will try it, post the pictures and recipe - and probably some suggestions with it!

I am extremely excited about this new venture and I hope that everyone out there in the blogosphere will join me!
